Version 1.0.0 | Effective 2026-08-31

Report a suspected LogicHauler vulnerability to [email protected]. Mailbox provisioning and monitoring must be verified before public launch. Use ordinary support for general product problems and [email protected] for data-rights requests.

Include

  • The affected LogicHauler version, platform, feature, and public URL or component.
  • A concise description of the observed behavior and expected security impact.
  • Safe, reproducible steps using accounts, devices, and data you are authorized to test.
  • A sanitized error code, request reference, or minimal proof when necessary.
  • A way to contact you if you want a response.

Do not include or do

Do not send passwords, access tokens, private keys, pairing secrets, payment-card data, private file contents, raw production logs, or unnecessary personal information. Do not access, change, retain, or disclose data belonging to another person. Do not disrupt service, degrade availability, use social engineering, demand payment, or continue testing after you encounter data you are not authorized to access.

LogicHauler does not operate a formal bug bounty and does not promise payment, response timing, or a particular outcome. We will triage reports separately from ordinary support and may coordinate with affected providers or authorities when appropriate. No product or service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
