Support Policy
Canonical public policy from LogicHauler LLC. Effective August 31, 2026.
Version 1.0.0 | Effective 2026-08-31
LogicHauler provides product and technical support, account and access support, billing-provider support, privacy and data-request routing, and security-report routing.
Use the protected Web support form when available or contact [email protected]. Privacy requests should go to [email protected]. Suspected vulnerabilities should go to [email protected] and follow the Security Reporting policy. Mailbox provisioning and delivery must be verified as an external release dependency before public launch.
What to include
Include the LogicHauler app version, platform, affected workflow, a safe public error code, an opaque receipt or request reference when available, and sanitized steps that reproduce the issue.
Do not send passwords, reset links, access tokens, private keys, pairing secrets, card numbers, provider identifiers, local IP addresses, full local paths, filenames, private file contents, or raw logs. Remove unrelated personal information. Support does not require remote access to your device or private files.
Intake and handling
The protected support form verifies an anti-abuse challenge and records the submitted request in the support_requests system. Authorized Founder operations can review, mark read, close, or reopen a request. Optional internal email notification depends on configured delivery services. A form submission does not promise that a submitter confirmation email will be sent.
Priority Support is a qualitative service distinction. LogicHauler does not promise a specific response or resolution time. Timing depends on severity, information available, product status, provider dependencies, and capacity.
LogicHauler may redirect a request to a purchase provider, privacy workflow, or security workflow when that authority owns the action. Support cannot directly execute an Apple or Google refund or obtain a user's payment-card details.
